Can you install pot lights in my Vancouver condo with concrete ceilings?
Traditional recessed cans won't fit — there's no cavity. We spec slim-profile surface LEDs, track systems, and cove lighting that deliver the same layered look without touching the concrete. Strata-friendly, and we handle any approval paperwork your building needs.
My character home might have knob-and-tube — can you still add lighting?
Usually, yes — but it starts with an honest assessment. Some insurers restrict new loads on knob-and-tube, so we check what's actually there during the site walk and tell you straight what's possible before quoting.
